1) All candidates on the course should have suitable PPE.

2) There must be a suitable area for theory sessions and for practical training.

​

3) A safe, working lift truck and / or equipment must be available.

​

4) Payment of all fees must be made no later than 10 days prior to the start of training.

​

5) Any cancellation of a booking by a customer 10 days or more before the training will incur an admin charge of 25% of the fee.

​

6) For any cancellation less than 10 days before  training 100% of the fees will be payable.

​

7) In the event of Piran Training and Consultancy cancelling training, then an alternative date will be arranged or a full refund will be rewarded.
